SAF España, ¡presente en el Congreso Europeo de Reumatología de EULAR!
El Congreso Europeo de Reumatología, organizado por la Alianza de Asociaciones de Reumatología (EULAR, por sus siglas en inglés), tuvo lugar en Milán del 31 de mayo al 3 de junio del 2023.
Nuestra vicepresidenta, Silvia Aguilera, pudo asistir gracias a una beca concedida por nuestra red europea de referencia, ERN ReCONNET, a los que agradecemos enormemente la oportunidad de poder asistir al congreso.
Ponencias sobre SAF en EULAR
El SAF siempre es un tema de conversación en EULAR, donde muchos de los expertos mundiales de SAF se reúnen para poner en común las últimas noticias y avances científicos.
Este año, el SAF estuvo especialmente presente también debido a la cantidad de estudios que se están realizando en relación con la COVID-19 y los anticuerpos de SAF que aparecen tras la infección en algunos pacientes.
Además, el SAF estuvo en la palestra durante una sesión dedicada especialmente a la enfermedad, moderada por el Dr. Ricard Cervera (Barcelona) y la Dra. Daphna Paran (Tel Aviv, Israel), en las que se incluyeron las siguientes charlas:
- Dr. Savino Sciascia: Patogénesis del SAF.
- Dra. Maria Tektonidou: Terapia anticoagulante para el SAF.
- Dr. Doruk Erkan: El tratamiento del SAF más allá de la anticoagulación.
